Norbulingka Trip: On 20th September, 2008 Loving-Kindness In Action had its first trip to Noribulingka. JAMTSE has had 5 successful trips to Norbulingka over a period of two and a half months covering more than 80 residents of Jampaling Elders home who can take such trips to the Norbulingka trip. The trip includes their conveyance by taxi, two time tea, fruit, snacks, lunch and small souvenir for all including the volunteers. During these trips the responses from the residents of the old age home was overwhelming, as more than 80% residents have never seen Norbulingka since they came to Dharamsala. Their appreciation is clearly visible in the pictures taken during those trips (check the albums called Jamtse in Action trips). On the other hand, the volunteers during these trips were very humbled to be able to serve the community with such a noble act.
